These terms apply to your use of psa920.com, our text messaging program, and services provided by Power Source Automotive ("we," "us," "our") at 1521 N 13th St, Sheboygan, WI 53081. By using our website, requesting service, or opting in to texts, you agree to these terms.
Text messaging program
Program: Power Source Automotive Customer Notifications.
What you'll receive: appointment confirmations and reminders, vehicle status updates, estimates and requests for your approval, invoices, receipts, and payment reminders.
How to opt in: check the text consent box on our booking form at psa920.com, or give verbal or written consent at our shop. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency: message frequency varies based on your service activity.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You'll receive one confirmation text and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Estimates and authorization
We provide an estimate before starting work and will not perform repairs without your authorization, consistent with Wisconsin motor vehicle repair rules. Authorization may be given in person, by phone, by text, or electronically through a link we send you. If we find additional needed work, we will contact you with a revised estimate and wait for your approval before proceeding.
Estimates are based on the information available at the time. Diagnostic time may be charged separately, and we'll tell you the diagnostic charge before we begin.
Parts
We use new, remanufactured, or used parts as described on your estimate and invoice. Replaced parts are available for you to inspect or take unless they must be returned for a core charge or warranty claim. Ask when you approve the work if you want them back.
Warranty
Warranty coverage on parts and labor is stated on your invoice. Warranties do not cover damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, racing, modification, or repairs performed by others. Warranty claims require your invoice and a chance for us to inspect the vehicle.
Payment
Payment is due when work is completed and before the vehicle is released, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. As permitted by Wisconsin law, we may hold the vehicle until charges for authorized work are paid.
Vehicle pickup and storage
We'll notify you when your vehicle is ready. Vehicles not picked up within 3 business days after notice may be charged a reasonable daily storage fee, which we'll tell you in advance. Vehicles left unclaimed may be handled as abandoned under Wisconsin law.
Personal property and liability
Please remove valuables before dropping off your vehicle. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle, or for loss or damage caused by fire, theft, weather, or other events beyond our control. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service involved.
Using our website
Information on psa920.com, including the trouble code lookup and maintenance planner, is general guidance only and is not a diagnosis. Your vehicle's actual needs depend on inspection and the manufacturer's recommendations. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment until we confirm it with you. Prices and specials may change without notice.
The website content, logo, and branding belong to Power Source Automotive and may not be copied without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Sheboygan County, Wisconsin.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed.
